This LUXURY, OCEANFRONT condo is centrally located on the absolute best section of 7 Mile Beach within easy walking distance of many excellent restaurants, bars, grocery shopping and water sports. (A vehicle is not necessary). Two Bedrooms/Two Bathrooms en-suite, oceanfront ground floor all on the flat is condo #15. Welcome to your home in Paradise!

Enjoy watching the beautiful Caribbean Sea from the privacy of your ground floor patio, which extends across the full width of the condo. Double sliding glass doors open to the patio from both the master bedroom and the living room.

This meticulously maintained condo features 1500 square feet of space; is a new addition to our rental condos, it is beautifully furnished and has all the amenities you will ever need on your vacation! This new addition provides the perfect vacation setting for four persons, a family, or friends get-together for an unbelievable vacation; this is the condo for you.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, an en-suite bath and walk-in closet. The second bedroom offers another king size bed along with its own bath and walk-in closet. Both bedrooms as well as the living room have smart TVs for your entertainment, along with free Wi-Fi.

In each of the en-suite bathrooms you have a hairdryer and you're supplied with towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, mouthwash, and paper products.

There is a combined living/dining room, and the kitchen is equipped for even the most discriminating chef to prepare mouthwatering meals if you so desire. Use your Keurig to make an early morning cup of coffee and sit on your patio and enjoy the beauty of the Caribbean Sea, just steps away.

In addition, there's a barbecue grill available right on your patio, along with a table & chairs to enjoy the sunsets while you sip on a cocktail...... Don’t feel like cooking? No problem, you can check out some of our 200+ restaurants in the Culinary Capital of the Caribbean. Don’t want to go out? No worries, we can arrange an In-Condo Chef to cater to you and your family or friends; or order from some of the best restaurants on island and have it delivered right to your door, check out some of our delivery app (Let’s Eat, Bento or Island Grub), they will deliver right to your door. Experience our finest dining without leaving home!

Need to do laundry for the kids? It’s all here, your own private washer and dryer in the condo. The condo has central air throughout. There’s daily housekeeping service except on Sundays and public holidays in the Cayman Islands.

Our beach is outstanding and known for its privacy, pure white sand, and beautiful Casuarina shade trees when the sun gets too hot for you. 400 feet of beachfront, no rocks or coral from water's edge to deep water - all sand bottom!

Beyond the coziness of your condo, get closer to your beachfront view by walking out onto the private patio. The view and sounds of the ocean are perfect for laid back mornings or relaxing with your favorite holiday book. If you have had a busy day at sea with the stingrays or exploring the Crystal Caves in North Side.
